Service Description
The Complete Package has been designed for clients needing a full hair transformation or colour correction service ✨ For many new clients, achieving your dream hair often means correcting previous colour work, blending old highlights, lifting darker areas, or creating a more seamless result. This can usually require additional time, product, and techniques compared to a standard balayage appointment. This package includes everything needed to create your final result, including all the little extras, so there are no hidden costs throughout your appointment. Please note: If you require 100% grey coverage or a root tint alongside your transformation, this would be an additional add-on service. Estimated salon duration: Approximately 5 hours. All colour service timings and prices are based on average appointment times. Appointments requiring additional time due to hair length, density, or extra corrective work may incur additional charges, including an hourly rate where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Please note the deposit is non refundable but is transferable subject to terms and conditions. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of one weeks notice, If we are given less than one week notice your deposit is non transferable. If you cancel your appointment less than one week before it is due to take place or fail to show up, the total amount of the booking will be charged, before you are able to rebook.
